Georgia Milestone Review
There are many different ways to review for Social Studies Georgia Milestone and one way is to implement centers. The centers described in my test buttons combine appropriate practice for Social Studies review. If the activities are well established from the beginning of the class, students are able to operate independently. Teachers should select the centers at the beginning of the class that require less modeling. Centers will be rotated every day to give students the opportunity to review our content from this year reflecting different learning styles. Teachers should facilitate and model centers during this time and work with small groups after the centers are in place. This is our plan for the Months of March and April until the Georgia Milestone test. We shall begin each class with various DOK questions (Levels 1, 2, and 3) to teach as review and to teach testing strategies in preparation for the test.
